Before working with me at the start of May, my client felt incredibly confused and frustrated as her new service wasn’t getting any enquiries or bookings. At one point during our coffee chat together, she even said...

“I know this is what people need, but now I have created it, no one seems to be buying into it.”

(We've all been there, right? Putting out a service we "know" our audience would benefit from, only to hear the sound of crickets in return)

Now, after completing a SWOT analysis and reflecting on why this could be the case, we identified that there was a missed opportunity within her marketing. There's no denying she was successfully sharing the “logistics” of her offer and her clients knew exactly what they would be getting, however....

She wasn't addressing her ideal client's needs deeply enough, on a level that truly resonated with them, and positioning her service as the solution.

And what a focus group it was!!!!


We uncovered more than a nugget during that call; we hit an absolute goldmine.


By taking the time to truly listen and learn about her community, we were able to gather FACTS that won't just help her improve her new service, but also help her stand out from competitors online!


She now has insights straight from her client's mouth (no more assumptions around here, my friend) that'll help her develop marketing material that drives more enquiries from dream clients by using messaging that actually resonates.
